12dive, a PADI five Star Career Development Center and Aqualung Partner Center, would like to invite you to sponsor or participate in a major ecological event on Saturday the 12th of December from 9:30 in the morning, at La Caleta Beach.

We are organising a beach and underwater clean up. The purpose of this is to create an awareness about the marine eco-system and how important it is to protect our local environment and make divers aware that you need, clean air, good equipment and proper education to practice this wonderful sport.

With bringing people together, we can create a positive connection with the local community from where we can start getting Tenerife in the position where it belongs: within the top 10 of best diving destinations within Europe.

We have already proven in our first year of existence and our first very successful clean up in Alcala, that we have the right philosophy and strategy to make this happen.

All certified divers with own gear are invited to help the underwater clean up. Non divers can help with the beach clean up.  We will all be collecting litter from La Caleta, and diving from the beach.

The more volunteers, the bigger the area we can clean.

Consider this as an invitation to participate in our plan to bring more divers to Tenerife.
