We all take so much pleasure from the ocean, let's give something back to her. We'll all get together at SEQ's one decent shore dive location and remove as much of the fishing tackle, garbage, and "bogan party favours" as we can from this beautiful spot.

After we drag up and record our "catch" we can get together for a barbecue across the road (or just sneak in and buy a hamburger at the cafe).

Plan would be to meet 1.5 hours before high tide to allow for team assignment, planning, briefing and equipment allocation. A couple of us will organise some underwater collection points before everyone hits the water and performs 2 line searches (spacing and timing to be determined by attendance) heading east and west along the wall from the entry point at the small pipe. 

We may also organise a 3rd team to sweep the main pipe if numbers permit.
