This cleanup event is taking place thanks to Ms. Sandra Agius Darmanin, who is specialising in Marine Conservation Biology and Valerie Vella for giving her support.   As you can see from the photos, the site is polluted completely and according to Sandra, there are also some tires to be removed and part of a boat, as it may seem from the photos.
Mgarr local council will be kindly supplying us with a 2 skips and bags to dispose of all the junk.

Subway Scuba Limited - Subway Dive Centre - Malta will be sponsoring air for divers.

General Soft Drinks Co. Ltd will be sponsoring Kristal water bottles for volunteers.

Everyone is most welcome to join us to make the event a success.

Volunteers under 15 years must be accompanied by an adult.

Divers will need to bring their PADI Advanced Diving certification or equivalent with them.   Liability releases will be handed on site and need to be duly filled.
