Dive Against Debris -Gili Air Harbour

As it is now safe to dive in the harbour,  we are taking our cleaning efforts underwater. 

A team of underwater blue warrior meet at Oceans 5 every Friday to clean the harbour underwater. It is a task that is very much needed as the rubbish from the main island has been landing there with nowhere to go as there as no currents. During the high season, it was unsafe to dive until dark as the fast boats from Bali were arriving until dark. Now that it is quieter, we can resume our blue warrior actions!!

Teams are made up and lead by the staff and Divemasters of Oceans 5 to keep the underwater clean. We meet at 4.30pm for a briefing and by 5pm we are in the water. Come and join us!!! R
