Dive against Debris December 2015

Begins
Ends
Port Vila, Vanuatu

-17.737331, 168.312145

We are due another one of our quarterly clean up dives. It is an opportune time to hold one along the seafront now that the boats wrecked there during the cyclone have (finally) been removed. We cleaned up our area of the seawall after the cyclone but there may be some little bits of debris that we couldn’t get to because of the boats. So it would be good to finish the year by completing the job we started just after the cyclone.    The beatification of Port Vila is also about to start so it would be good to get some data about what is in the water before the improvements have been made so we can compare the data to after the project - hopefully there will be less rubbish getting into the water then!
