AWARE SHARK CONSERVATION SPECIALTY COURSE

Sharks are crucial to marine ecosystems, because they maintain a balance the prey species populations,  and keep the ocean healthy by removing ill or diseased animals. They are also an important resource supporting local economies through fishing and as an attraction to dive tourists. But sharks are in a global decline and we need to raise our voices and spread the message of our sharks. And if one important issue about this is education,  if people starts to understand sharks, to know about them, about the species, about the important they are, the troubles the sharks have today..then they will be interested in save them and then join the movement
