The week before last I picked up about 30 cigarette butts along the edge of the wharf. I do not see any containers for disposal of butts, only for disposal of fishing line. I think they could be placed along the same fence and may have a positive impact. I am unsure about what becomes of most of the cigarette butts that are blown by wind into the water.
Great tool. It would be nice if there was some way to note that you were on a recreational dive and happened to find the debris.
