If you know your survey site coordinates, enter them manually in decimal degrees using WGS84 Map Datum. Use the minus sign for latitudes south of the equator and longitudes west of the Prime Meridian to 180 degrees.
If you do not know your survey site coordinates, click the “Map Location” tab to use the map to zoom into your survey site and drop the pin on the map to fall within your survey dive site in the water (not on land or the beach). Ensure you zoom in as much as possible to ensure data accuracy.

This was done in part due to national intercoastal cleanup day and was extremely rewarding to help clean our beautiful waters
over time accumulation of wakes and currents pushes debris deeper into mangroves, we found debris over 30 yards deep into the mangroves, must have been there for years accumulating over time
baby lobster, crab and others attached to rope
1950's televison and water boiler has been there for more than 20 years

This is the off-season in Thailand. And the rain season. Tourism is low, and many resorts are closed. Consequently, the resort's beaches are not being maintained or kept clean. There is a huge amount of debris on the beach in Koh Kradan. I'm told that it improves in season. Much of the debris has formed a pattern similar to the tide, suggesting that it came in with the sea. However, it's completely unclear as to where it originated.
I did not make a specific effort to count the pieces of debris in my first three surveys. I wasn't aware this was required. I noted mostly the types of debris. I estimated the number to my best recollection.
Choppy to high seas. Rain and wind.

Over the past 3 or 4 years I have noticed a positive increase in the frequency of schools of small fish that we see here!!
This pond is part of a public park with swimming, fishing and boating during the year.
This is my 17th year of coordinating underwater cleanups and we are still have fun doing them!!!
An intact fishing rod and reel down at 25 feet!! Probably dropped from a fishing boat.
Mostly Sunny with little rain
