For the fishing rod, carelessness.
You may see a duplicate entry for 'Mikey's Site.' That was because I couldn't get the DAD app to upload any photos under wifi, so I had to return to my PC and upload them from there. Please look into this issue and see if others have reported it. This has happened to me several times in the past as well.
