Additional Information
This is a popular game fishing location, where they attempt to catch tuna and marlin.
Fishing line - it was endless, and a lot was tangled together. Some pieces were extremely thick and would be sure to cause serious damage to any entangled sea creature.
plastic bait containers because they're just big chunks of plastic which creatures can get stuck in
hooks - some extremely big, dangerous for divers and sea creatures alike!
Comments and Feedback
We could definitely return to this location with more divers and pull out a LOT more than what we've found already. Most of Jervis Bay is pristine with limited rubbish contamination but this is a very notable exception
