This bay was declared as archaeological protected area since 2018, so it wasn't allowed to dive even for clean-up actions unless you asked for a special permission and you were escorted by archaeologists. This was one of the many reasons that the underwater area is heavily contaminated by macro and micro plastic waste accumulated all those years. For this reason we intend to organize and conduct several clean-ups over the following months, each time focusing on an underwater part of this large bay.
