AquaMarine Diving - Bali: Dive Against Debris update
updates

We know every action we take will impact the environment, especially the ocean. Because so many rivers empty into the sea, over the years, we have found an increasing amount of trash on the beach (and in the sea) that comes from human activities. Plastic bottles, food packaging and Styrofoam are everywhere. This month, AquaMarine Diving-Bali collaborated with Young Environmentalists Programme Trust to carry out our Ocean Clean-up event; a combination of Beach Clean-up and our Monthly Dive Against Debris. We collected a total of 55kgs, 15kgs from the beach and 40kgs from underwater. Next the waste will be sorted and reprocessed into something more valuable.
