People are boating on the lake, and drop things overboard, loose items of clothing when the wind picks up or they go off paddleboards. Sunglasses not secured, bottles dropped, carelessness of people and taking care of their belongings.

12 foot pipe with a fishing net duck taped to the end, they were trying to retrieve something, and lost the retrieving rod.
