We had a support of a boat but a canoe was used to ferry the trash from the divers to the boat.

We were limited by the capacity of the boat (10pax) and 1 tank for the dive. Max dive time was stretched to over 1hr to maximise the amount of trash that was collected. However, it's an ongoing effort as there are weekend boats that visit the bay and it poses a danger to the divers.
