Type of Debris Fishing line, hooks and sinkers
Comments The grouper (mero in Spanish) was hooked to a hook of an abandoned line.

The cause of the waste was surely a boat of illegal fishermen. There should be no waste in the place, as it is an artificial wreck sunk recently, on December 27, 2017, to be visited by divers and to promote ecotourism in the region.

The entire diving community of Argentina will have to be more attentive to illegal fishermen, they are already causing damage to an artificial reef that has only three months since its creation.
