Seawall reconstruction project has been happening over the last 2 year and the construction is now finished. But some of the construction materials have not been removed. The still curtain has sunk and is now on the seabed and dropped over coral. The plastic bottles used to hold up ad hold down the silt curtain have not been removed.

We reported the left over construction materials to the authorities in September. This time we have taken post and footage to demonstrate the problems and will be reporting it again.
