Additional Information
Due to the calm weather the count of debris was less than usual. We hope that this is in part a result of community outreach and awareness.

Clothing and line entanglements - danger of smothering coral and damaging reef as it snags
Microplastics - Plastic cup parts - broken down at various stages of fish food shapes
Cans - due to their weight, they move in the water with ease.
Comments and Feedback
Whilst the 3 divers were underwater on scuba, there were 2 volunteers on the beach. The terrestrial beach cleaners collected 10.5 kgs of garbage and so saved the ocean and the reef! Yay team!!
