The area is a protected area so it is generally clean. However during summer the area is filled with children playing in the water. The beach and park may have the daily cleaners to take care of but it may be a different issue under the water. We were impressed that we could not find any form of debris during our activity.

We left the empty shells of the crustaceans where they were because we believed it belonged in the ocean.
