Additional Information
Yes, there is a trash barge where all the trash gets thrown in to bring across to the other side of the island. there is no lit on the barge so in winds, a lot of the trash blows in the water. Also there are a lot of charter boats so people will leave their towels hanging up on the boat which get blown into the wind and these are probably responsible for the many beer bottles etc.
