It is not a dive site, it is an area inside a protected waterway but where the ocean has access and flows in and out with tides. This area is a busy with visitors and locals, walking along the wall and prone to be full of bottles, plastic, foam and fishing line. Tires are the hardest ones because they become full of silt and are very hard to remove.
