Why do we have to donate to Padi, Aware, or Dive against debris to be able to have a license to clean our sea, the donation Padi demand from OWSI to get the distinctive Specialty Dive against debris is about 80 euro and from each student is 25 euro excluding all material to print??? with all respect i will rather save this money for our city.
