Since two years ago, I've decided that on every dive I would look for debris and try to pick up at least one debris per dive. I was on a trip and we did 2 60 minutes dives around Cham Island. On each dive, I spotted mostly plastic bags floating at the surface during my safety stops. The area was pretty clean, which is really not the case for the Halong Bay!
