Dense fishing line and rope

There was a significant amount of fishing line and rope all over the dive site. We were unable to cut free and remove most of it this time round due to the shear quantity down there. More dives to clean up the artificial reef at T-13 are needed. Note: the majority of debris is located at the square without the trucks in.
