Camp cove is a beautiful bay at the mouth of the Sydney harbour, with the rains and floods we have had in the area, there has been a large amount of debris coming down the rivers and streets into the harbour. this has led to an increase in pollution and plastics. The bay acts a bit like a catchment area for the flow of water and that is why it's an easy place to identify for a clean-up. We also use this calm bay for a lot of Discover Scuba Diving and training, so as a diving community we feel we need to also give back to the local community too.
