We conducted a Goal: Clean Seas Florida Keys reef clean up (under approved FKNMS permits, FWC permits & funded in part by FKNMSF grant) on Friday 10 Dec 2021. We removed fishing line, anchor line, snorkel fins, sweatshirts, 5-gallon buckets, huge cargo netting, a nearly new fishing rod/reef, brass cleat from a boat, fillet knife,1 ghost wooden lobster trap missing 1 side, and much more! We also came across 2 lionfish 6"+ and removed them from the living coral reef as well.
