Scuba Shack in Rocky Hill, CT conducted our very first Dive Against Debris Specialty Class culminating in our Dive Against Debris on October 18, 2020. Our dive site was the popular Fort Wetherill State Park in Jamestown, RI. We were fortunate to have spectacular weather, with fantastic conditions to complete our survey. Our team of five divers covered a significant part of the cove. The site is fairly clean but we were able to recover 3 pounds of marine debris. We now are armed to make every dive a Dive Against Debris.
