Let's Go Plogging!
As part of Tee Turtle October we're going to do some plogging (that's litter picking while jogging if you've never heard of it!) along the river beside the dive centre.
Ditching the booze is only part of our plan to get fit-to-dive. We're going to do a series of plogs in October to try and improve our cardio fitness too!
HOWEVER, this is not going to be a race by any stretch of the imagination. Nic is leading this, and she is DEFINITELY not a runner!! Please don't let your current fitness levels put you off this fun activity - it's for everyone! You can run or walk as much as you like and use picking up litter as a rest stop!
5th October: 2km route
12th October: 3.5km route
19th October: 5km route
They're circular routes, so once we're back at the dive centre we can recover with refreshments and grab a shower if needed.
