Be part of a global underwater debris data collection program, Dive Against Debris. 

The annual Dive Against Debris gathers over 100 divers from all over Cebu for a morning of underwater cleanup dive, marine survey and an afternoon of fellowship over food and music right at the beachfront of Crimson Resort & Spa Mactan.

Launched in 2013 alongside the marine reserve project of the resort, the activity brings together marine preservation advocates, dive groups and environmental groups for a collective effort to bring forward marine concerns and take solid action to address these concerns.

In partnership with PADI and Prospex, Dive Against Debris this year will be the biggest as we tackle marine issues one dive at a time.

Apart from its environmental contribution, DAD is also an opportunity for divers to gather and get to know each other. With PADI’s support, many will go home with DAD merchandise. And for the first time this year, the event will see two divers bring home a brand new Prospex dive watch. Prospex is a brand created by Seiko, a company committed to producing precise timepieces and one of the global leaders in the industry.
