30+ Dive Schools, 250+ Divers, 25+ Boats, 58 Dive sites visited, All beaches on Koh Tao, Thailand cleaned!!

This was the scale of Earth Day 2016 on Koh Tao, Thailand.

It was the islands first official Earth Day and it couldn't have gone better. Together the island removed well over 2500kg of trash both from the water and the island beautiful beaches.

It was a pleasure to be part of and a great honour to co-ordinate the efforts of Sairee Cottage Diving and to be in charge of one of the greatest showings from the dive schools involved. We had around 30 people involved in the beach clean up area assigned to us and our boat sold out with the amount of people wanting to join in. To those that couldn't make it on our boat we apologise but thank you for your consideration and hope that you were able to find a different company to go with on this epic day of eco warriorism!!!
