The dive season is over for us divers in Minnesota (unless you are an avid ice diver!), so it's time to teach courses without an open water component.  It's easy to overlook promoting ocean conservation efforts when not in open water but for us mid-westerner's, this period of time is just as important as many divers head off to warmer waters during the winter.  Consequently, I will continue my efforts to promote the Project AWARE version of the certification card for those divers continuing their scuba diving education through non-open water courses!
