Hi everyone

for those who know me   you know I just don't love diving but also cooking.    I recently purchased a sous vide cooker and was very excited to begin to cook more like the pros!!!!   I quickly realised however that the use of plastics is necessary in the saucepan for every sous vide recipe!!!    So much for my passion to reduce plastics.      the great news is I have now been able to source environmentally friendly reusable sous vide bags.     woo hoo
