During a recent holiday on Bonaire I cleaned the divesites where I did my dives together with my girlfriend. Not a dive against debri program but just cleaning every dive. We took out loads and loads of fishing tackle; lines, hooks, weights and a spinner and even an illegal anchor! Also loads of plastic bottles and even a flipflop, mask strap with snorkel and finstrap. We collect this during the holiday and display them as 'hunting trophy's" in the back of our pickup truck. Whenever we get response from other divers we encourage them to take out stuff as well.
