Volunteers of our first 'Dive Against Debris' survey have continued to be inspired to make a difference in our local ocean environment. As a result, WE are inspired to, again, sponsor any certified divers to join our second survey at the world famous USAT Liberty Shipwreck on July 1st 2017! Our hopes and dreams for the long-term include the greater local community (whose livelihood is related so closely to dive tourism) will implement changes in their businesses. Changes to reduce waste that will be both economically prudent as well as environmentally-friendly. Besides the benefits to our environment, the first 'Dive Against Debris' survey have brought our community closer together - the new bonds of friendship between divers (both professional and recreational) have proven that already!
