June 8th, Today, our dive shop BALI SCUBA registered a activity named "Cleans Oceans Diveathon". It is hosted by http://rolefoundation.org.

Starting June 8th

Finishing: September 1st.

This Diveathon clean up challenge will link us to ROLE ( www.rolefoundation.org,  the organizer foundation), Blue Azure, Trash Heroes, Social Impakt, Clear Oceans and other supporting ROLE partners.

It will be followed on Social Media via tags.

THE PROGRAM;

1) Eliminate plastic/single use/ no degradable straws in all area of our business

2) Eliminate plastic bags in all area of our business

3) Eliminate water plastic bottles in all areas of our business

4)Set up a water refill station in our business (ALREADY)

5)Join 'zero waste to ocean' training with ROLE

6) Set up waste segregation in our business

7) Take part at least 1 beach/ocean clean up every month for the duration of the Diveathon.

It's really a valuable things to do. it will last 3 months. I will keep reporting what our dive center do in the following month.
