Comments Line cut and eel released, hook remaining in eel.

There were heavy swells and rain the previous week. However, a considerable amount of debris had been in the water, most probably at that location, for some time.

fragment of a stocking. this item had many small shell fragments and other debris attached to it. A stocking could potentially act as a magnetic superglue to small marine creatures

A large amount of wrappers and debris with predominantly foreign writing. This is most likely to have originated from nearby shipping and container terminal activities.


This data entry is not yet complete. Photos of debris during sorting will be added. Also, daft tool was used to determine survey area, however the map requires modification and will be updated soon.
