Well, the latest round of storms left a lot of damage to the coral, but Fire Coral Cave site was free of debris except for one plastic bag tied up on some fire coral.  It appeared to be shredded and I feared that something had been trying to eat it, so I gently freed the plastic bag to remove it.  The rest of the survey revealed no more debris.  Yea!
