The Address - Eagle Hills, a new develoment in Al Aqah, U.A.E, is taking a step in the right direction with quarterly underwater clean ups of their beach front. 

The development of The Address Eagle Hills is still in its early days with only the initial ground work started late last year. Given their location on the East Coast of the U.A.E they are in close proximity to many marine protected environments. With this in mind, the developers wish to be environmental conscious during all phases of construction. The Dive Centre will be organising debris dives and beach clean ups to ensure the conservation of the area and species. We will also be working with The Dubai Voluntary Diving Team to expand the area covered. Their team will dive a little further from shore and survey the site throughout the year.

The events are open to all certification levels. Non-divers are also welcome to join and scour the beach and snorkel in the shallows. Given the size of the beach (500m), the plan will be to stagger divers to maximise the area covered.

Marine debris collected will be recorded for Project AWARE. All debris collected will be reused and recycled for a new local project in Dubai.
