It was the Beach & Dive Sit Clean up today.    

Meeting at 8.45am all DMT's met at Crystal Dive bar where I breifed exactly what/where we were going to do.  An hour or so later, beach sparkling, resort clean and not a cigarette butt in sight.

Dive Site Clean Up was fun.  Thankfully we didn't see that much rubbish, always good sign. Our efforts were rewarded by seeing a sea snake and a lovely turtle.

Returning to the Crystal Dive Resort around 3pm, hot & tired, everyone grabbed a quick drink and then were ready for part 3 of the day.    We needed man power to lift 3 huge & heavy steel structures down to the beach (300mtrs) so that we could put them on the longtail, one at a time and then deploy them at 'JunkYard' Eco & Crystal Dive Resort very own artificial reef.  With so many volunteers coming together, the job was made a lot easier but it still took a few hours to lift, move and then deploy and a lot of coordination.
