Recently, I traveled to Tubbataha Reef in the Philippines where I had the amazing opportunity to teach some very motivated divers several Project AWARE specialties.  One of the Project AWARE specialties the divers received certification in was the AWARE Shark Conservation Diver.  What an amazing experience to teach such an important subject; and, what an incredible place to have the opportunity to expose divers to shark conservation.  We logged 25 dives at Tubbataha.  The aquatic ecosystem there is healthy and vibrant.  Every dive we did invovled shark observations which made our specialty training dives outstanding experiences.  I have included a video I made of some of our shark sightings I hope you enjoy.  We certainly enjoyed spending time in the company of sharks...
