2 weeks ago about 40 Hawksbill turtles hatched on a beach our neighbouring island Gili Meno. A bit dissorientated they lost their way to the ocean, but luckily the local people of Meno managed to collect them all.

After a short boat trip they arrived at Oceans 5, where they will be taken care for about 6 months. When they're big enough they will be released on a quiet beach on Gili Air and hopefully have a long and prosperous life!
