As part of www.eXXpedition Amazon, we will be doing a beach cleanup and snorkel cleanup on the beach in Olinda, Brazil on the 29th starting around 2pm.  

We will also be going on two wreck dives with Aquaticos from Recife, Brazil on the 30th and will be conducting water sampling at depth to look for microplastics, conducting a dive against debris event, and giving a presentation at a local school after our dive about marine debris and plastic pollution.

Please feel free to join us on Olinda Beach for a cleanup.  We will have supplies.  We will be using the marine debris tracker app for land based cleanup data collecting (we will be giving a free tutoral for the use of this app at the cleanup), and we will use the Project AWARE Dive Against Debris Survey method for underwater activities.
