Teaching underwater photography can instantly inspire!

updates

During a recent visit, an adventure group of international school students completed the PADI Advanced Open Water Diver course and combined their continued dive training with the PADI Digital Underwater Photography Specialty!

Particularly due to the practice of underwater photography, the student divers were spurred to gain more and more knowledge about their photography subjects, which leads to enhanced passion for marine life conservation.

Their Instructor was none other than resident Platinum PADI Course Director Richard Swann, who not only conducted these courses, but also supervised his young student divers to assist him on a surprise ‘ghost net’ removal dive.

Everyone had an underwater camera, as it was a training dive for the PADI Digital Underwater Photography Specialty course, and provided the perfect opportunity for the students to record their conservation efforts to raise public awareness!

How motivating it is for Richard to witness his student divers to volunteer positive contribution to environmental health – a favourite occupational hazard of his!
