Hayley Jo Carr and Myself organized yet another Dive against Debris at Stuart Coves Dive Bahamas. After the low vis canal clean up, we thought wed treat our diver volunteers to cleaning up 'Palace Wall'. This dive site is notorious for trolling fisherman looking for their seasonal catch, so, until we get our coveted Marine Park rating 'fingers crossed', we must go and clear the miles of line and hooks entwining our corals. On the hour-long disk dive we retrieved a whole lot of line hooks, buckets, broken up lobster traps and other miscellaneous trash. Good job everyone…. One more clean up this year and Hayley has fulfilled her pledge. Stay tuned for a video of this clean up and the next one at the new ‘BahaMar’ resort beach.
