Every year the community of Koh Tao puts on a 2 day-2 night festival to promote awareness and involvement and raise money for local environmental and social projects. This year's fesitval will be on June 18th and 19th.

The festival is free of charge and there are all kind of activies during the day and at night. Along with beach clean ups, clean up dives, environmental assessments, the save Koh Tao team also focus on the education of sustainable development. They aim to create a wider awareness in all peple to help save the island from environmental issues. The festival is a great opportunity for all the citizens and visitors of Koh Tao to come together and participate in all activities.
