Amarilla Divers was part of the recent Project AWARE FINathon- Swimming to end finning.

Here at Amarilla Divers we held a fundraiser for Project AWARE and had all our divers, staff, family & friends swim for a 12 hour long day. The relay was swam and we managed to rack 1000's of meters in swimming pool lengths.

We also managed to raise 150 Euros via our online Just giving page. Although this was not our target, it just shows that we have some great supporters in our divers and customers.

The swimming was great and we had all our participants do as many laps as they could between the hours of 8am and 8pm. This luckily was during the summer months and so was nice and warm for our swimmers.

Amarilla Divers is also a 100% AWARE dive center which means that every certification card that we process, give a donation the the Project AWARE foundation on behalf of our students. This is an excellent way to help a well deserved cause.
