Scuba Junkie will be hosting our very own Shark Week aimed at raising awareness and vital funds for shark conservation, both within Malaysia and worldwide. The main event will be taking place in our Mabul Island Beach Resort with some activities also taking place in Semporna and Kota Kinabalu. Dates are yet to be finalised, but it will likely be in September/October (confirmed dates to follow). The event will offer something for everyone - from educational presentations by our Environmental Officer, Rohan Perkins, and movie nights to sponsored events (including Project Aware Finathon) and fundraising evenings. There will also be Scuba Junkie shark t-shirts, shark-themed cocktails and photos available for purchase throughout the week.
