updates

A huge net was found on Edgel Patches, Kota Kinabalu by Downbelow staff, Resident CD Richard Swann got together a team consisting on Interns and Staff members. Together the 15 strong man team set about getting rid of the menace! I was buddied with one of the other interns Stefan bucheler IDC intern from Australia. We descended along the line whihc had been attached to the net, and got to work on it. After freeing crustaceans in the net and getting together a bundle of the net it was our time to ascend to the surface. The good news is the Tunku Abdul Rahman Park is one Gillnet less! We got the net out and many of the team managed to save live creatures preventing the death of many different creatures. great work and great fun!
