The Government of Indonesia has placed 2 underwater pyramides around the Gili Islands.

The structures are made of concrete bloks and are 2 meter by 2 meters and 80 cm high. Coral is planted on the blok, and hopefully it starts growing and it will be a nice coral area in the future.

The local community in Gili Air is taking care of these blocks. Evewry week people will check the coral growth and making the structures clean.
