Hey everyone!

Tomorrow morning, at 9.35am, I will be taking part in the British 10K Run in Central London, UK; in support of Project AWARE!  So far I have raised over £1,500 for Project AWARE, and am working towards £2,000 by the end of the year.

New on the list of sporting challenges is the limited entry triathlon competition on 19th August, organised by F1 driver Jenson Button - and I have been fortunate enough to secure a place and hope to raise the profile of Project AWARE on a big public scale.
