Last weekend Reef Check EcoDiver Trainer, Andrew, from Blue Corner Dive was working with the leaders of Odysee Institute on the reefs of North-west Bali. Odysee Institute leads groups of school-aged children on nature-based education programs. From their base at Waka Shorea Nature Resort a permenant coral monitoring site has been established. Groups will be collecting data through Reef Check snorkeling surveys.

Blue Corner Dive was working with Odysee Institute to train their leaders as Reef Check EcoDivers, and to help develop a survey area and protocol for a long term coral monitoring study.
